Carlo “Giovanni” Malozzi.

In a prequel to the ‘Let’s buy a Corvette’ episode, Carlo ‘Giovanni’ Malozzi met Kathy online. He kept calling her and sending her pictures, but just couldn’t seem to get around to meeting in person. Then he said he had an emergency and asked for Kathy’s help. His request led to much more than Kathy bargained for.

Is his testimony real as in he actually got saved and is lacking in total transparency? Or is the whole thing a sham? Did it happen after his narcissistic shenanigans with the various victimized women. And I’m wondering how long between the two. He said he had much more to share that happened to him and so I’m wondering if he will come clean and talk about the women he hurt!? Part of becoming a Christian is REPENTANCE of all sins and wrong-doing. Any further enlightenment on this from Love Fraud? While to others he may have sounded very legit, it felt contrived and awkward for me…perhaps because I already knew Kathy’s story. It lacked substance and detail for me.

I’m sad I am just seeing this now in 2025 however, I would like to ask what you mean by the story lacked substance and detail??? Are you referring to my details? I never met you nor do I know you so I’m curious as to how you already knew my story? I did contact as many women as I could on Gino’s page before I got blocked to reach out to as many as I could to warn them. Possibly you were 1 of those women, I don’t remember. Bottom line, this guy is a legit scam artist and makes a living stealing and scamming innocent women. Yes, he STOLE $500 from me with no intention of paying it back and that was mild compared to the many other women he stole from in the tens of thousands! I will probably always keep tabs on this as one day he will either face jail time which is what he deserves & even he did surrender his life to Jesus, he would be forgiven, but God doesn’t let us out of consequences either. As far as his church position, I did call the church and spoke to the Pastors wife and in fact, she shared with me in confidence there were several complaints to the pastoral staff that he was financially scamming a few women in the congregation the entire time he was “serving God”…so clearly no repentance there. The Bible is clear we are known by our fruit, “Matthew 7:16-20. True repentance is a life change, not hiding behind the Lord to continue your scam and lies. Galations 6:7 is clear people will face the consequences of their actions, God will not be mocked. Praying for all the women ever involved with this man and may God’s will be done in this and one day this man will stand before the Lord for his judgement, period.

The whole story about being “saved” was just another scam. Lovefraud’s research shows that about 20% of sociopaths falsely claimed to be religious, born again, clergy, etc. It’s just to make them appear trustworthy to unsuspecting future targets.
